James A. Leach Aquatic and Recreation Center is complete! The grand opening will be APRIL 1, 2023. This state-of-the-art facility which boast an aquatics pool with indoor/outdoor slide, large gymnasium, walking track, locker rooms, and gathering areas will serve the people of Hoke County, NC as the first aquatic center in the county.
